Nursing and Medical Care
First class nursing care is provided by Matron, qualified staff and their assistants for 24 hours a day.
Our care was quality assured to British Standard ISO 9002, before this standard was integrated into ISO 9001:2000, ourselves being one of the first nursing homes in the North of England to gain such accreditation.
Wherever possible residents may retain their own General Practitioner, although if this is not possible arrangements will be made with a local G. P.
Incontinence is dealt with discreetly and sympathetically maintaining the residents dignity at all times.
